A Marketing Assistant will be responsible for ecommerce and providing support for marketing campaigns. Create tasks such as, writing marketing copy, managing and monitoring social media accounts. Create content (including images and videos), responding to emails and following up on leads. Writing of marketing content and website content, contributing ideas on marketing campaigns and meeting up and liaising with clients. The candidate will be reporting directly to the business owner.
Job Accountabilities:
- Using social media tools like, FB and Instagram to create sponsored ads
- Create marketing campaigns, design flyers and banners
- Successfully setting up appointments with clients and close deals
- Effectively create and manage appointment calendar
- Being able to accurately take project dimensions using the proper measuring tools
- Use of Landscape Software to create and design 3D visual clients’ projects
This position requires an individual who is vested in, and effectively utilizing social media accounts, and tools. This role is for enthusiastic individual who is comfortable and passionate to meet clients and potential new clients on a regular basis and set a clear project expectation. Training will be provided .The following is a must:
- Effective communication skills and good listening skills. Fluent in English (French is a bonus)
- A dynamic team player and able to work independently with no supervision
- A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Familia with utilizing Landscape measuring tools and Marketing tools effectively
- 70% Work from home, and 20% – 30% visiting clients in person
Interlock Installer (Full-Time)

Tasks:
- Professionalism in customer service.
- Determine layout and installation procedures.
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
- Utilize hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
- Install, repair and service interior or exterior prefabricated products.
- Remove litter and garbage. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions.
- Operate blade or wire saws to cut blocks of stone to specified dimensions.
- Mix, pour and spread materials.
- Lay sod or seed.
- Cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
- Landscape constructions.
- Rake and collect refuse.
- Plan and construct landscaped environments which includes lawns, fences, decks, patios and other landscape structures.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
- Equipment and machinery experience: Small engine equipment. Hand tools. Chain saw. Front end loader.
- Construction specialization: Interlocking brick.
- Area of specialization: Landscape construction.
Qualifications Required
- Hold any previous experience in Landscape and Interlock.
- Driver’s validity licence check.
- Own transportation.

Related Training
We invest in our employees and the business. On the job training will be provided in stone handling and proper installation that meets our work ethics and quality standards. Specific Equipment and machinery operational training is necessary. Quick cuts, Chain saw and other small engine equipment training is also provided.
